Let’s face it, the only time we go to the doctor for ourselves (as opposed to our kids) is to have a pap smear and we’re so happy for that to be over, we forget to ask our doctor about anything else relating to our own health or emotional state for that matter! therfore I purchased a home test and luckily i got the result to consult with doctor</description>

		<description>This is a very interesting article on the menopause and keeping active, i normally walk each day with my dog Jasper for at least an hour, i also swim twice a week and do aqua aerobics at my local sports centre. I have now taken up Yoga once a week which is good for keeping fit and relaxing and keeping anxiety down  as that is something many menopausal women seem to complain of.  I try to keep my mind active by doing hobbies and interests. I don&#039;t take HRT as i was advised not too due to a non-cancerous lump some years ago but i try to eat healthy and i take a herbal remedy for any menopausal symptoms which have become less bothersome nowadays glad to say.</description>
