		<description>Thank you for helping to spread the word on this! I wrote an atricle a while back on What You Don&#039;t Know About HRT (http://commonsenseliving.com/diet-health/what-you-dont-know-about-hrt) that might shake you up a little if you don&#039;t know where it comes from. 

A healthy diet, and the right supplements will get you through it. And Not Soy! That&#039;s another dangerous thing they sell you. 

Avoid chemicals in your foods, eat 5-9 serviing of fruits and vegetables a day. My neighbor&#039;s doctor had her take vitamin E, and vitamin b-12 to help her hot flashes. It worked. I sailed through with no problems. 

A side note- my neighbor&#039;s new doctor is from India where nutrition is more important. Our doctors here are not trained in nutrition, only drugs and surgery.
